Shipping & Returns

We will endeavour to despatch your items in a timely order but no later than 10 working days from the date of your payment has been received. The actually delivery date will be determined by the postal service you chose and will be shown against the shipping methods offered.

If your order is urgent or you need to check a specific stock item, please feel free to contact us via our contacts us page or send an e-mail to regalia@joc.org.uk .

Clothing that is ordered via the Total Clothing company website, is handled directly with the ordering company and all returns or disputes must be communicated to the Total Clothing company as per their terms and conditions. We do however urge you to contact us if you have any concerns, issues or unresolved matters so that we can address this on your behalf if you cannot reach a resolution.

All other items purchased via the Club Shop that requires a return or a refund; the cost of collection or delivery to us will be borne by the customer. The return policy term is 28 days from the date of delivery. After this date the club will issue you a credit to your account and it will be valid for 1 year.

To return an item, you must send an e-mail to regalia@joc.org.uk with the following details:

  First Name , Last Name    
  Order number or Invoice number    
  Details of what is being returned    
  Reason for the return    

On confirmation of the return item(s) you will be sent the details of where to send the return item(s).

Refund will be processed within 5 working days of the items being received
