It is a standard Mopar pump. Only the fitting that threads into the pressure hose port is Jensen only. Very difficult to get a good seal between the fitting and the pump.

The pumps dont come with a pulley, this needs to be removed with a tool and fitted to the replacement.
Where abouts are you? These pumps can be reconditioned either by yourself with the appropiate service kit or by a speaclists but the pulley will need to be removed first.
