Great news. I’m sure you would have enquired Karan, so I’ll ask, what numbers make up the UK contingent?

Could I request a confirmation of my room booking from someone please.

Maybe it has been spammed and deleted but I can’t seem to find it.

Thanks :?

Update

Thanks to all for the enthusiastic response! We now have filled our allocation in 2 of the 3 hotels and have only a couple left in the third. Although there is a very healthy contingent from these isles we will be a very cosmopolitan group, Australia and the US being represented amongst the 12 countries joining us. Currently we have 59 cars and 106 preople. :D

If anyone is intending joining us please book now to avoid disappointment.

In a few days time our special agents will be conducting a field trip to the Black Forest finalising details of our activities over the weekend and inspecting. As soon as I have details I will write again. Particular thanks are due to Jens and Joerg for the work they continue to put in ensuring the success of the event.

I’m already getting excited!

We have received all down payments and we will confirm the booking very soon.
Nothing lost or in the spam folder so far - please be patient, Jens and I have very busy full time jobs for living. :-)

Just a quick update:

Joerg and myself will be travelling the Black Forest next week, discuss matters with the hotels and try to find some ways to entertain the whole bunch of you.

At the moment we stand at 65 cars and nearly 120 people, not as much as the saxony meeting in 2017 but we're getting closer. We only have a very limited number of rooms left in our contingent, so if you haven't booked yet and are planning to join please don't wait too long. Some have already booked in other places in the area.

If you need any further information please don't hesitate to contact me via "deutschland (at) joc dot org dot com"

UPDATE

The weekend is taking form now with thanks and acknowledgements to the team which undertook last week’s “field trip”. We will have exciting trips planned for both Saturday and Sunday, incorporating lunch stops, on the fabulous roads through the Black Forest including the Schauinsland mountain, the literal translation would be “look at the land”.

On Friday we will have a rolling BBQ to allow for arrival times varying, on Saturday we will enjoy a sit down meal with an illustrated talk.

67 cars are booked in and although our room allocation was full we are now able to offer a handful more, if anyone would care to join us please book now! https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIp ... A/viewform.

This has all the makings of an epic event, thanks are due to Jens, Joerg, Arne and Felix for their tireless efforts. :D

Could be, and if so you'll be sharing your "room" with a few medium friendly cows (best bring a taser, just to be on the safe side). The upside is that it will be a memorable stay.

Hey PoulG

If you don’t pay the fee in time we might not be able to integrate you! Fill in the application form please. Booking is nearly closed and place is limited.
Smart booking isn’t always an advantage.
