KYB Gas Shock Absorbers for Front of Jensen Healey

Post by Mark Wright »

These are new “old stock” KYB Shock absorbers for the Front of a Jensen Healey, I bought what I thought was a car set from Delta Motorsports in the USA years ago and they sat in my garage until I went to fit them back in lockdown whilst getting my red Healey back on the road. It was only then I discovered they had sent me 4 Front Shock absorbers!
The part number is KG5501MOD
£95.00 for the pair.

I also have a full set of JH original springs if anyone is interested? ( I fitted a Delta set to mine so original’s going spare)

I will be at the International on Sunday or collections from South Birmingham

As far as I am aware there is no difference between the MK1 and Mk2 Healey suspension, someone will advise if I’m incorrect?
the photo shows as fitted to my Mk2

I bought these from Mark last year and took them to my mechanic and he found the ones on my car were adjustable and stiffened them up so I don’t have any need for them. Just looking fir my money back if anyone needs new front shocks. Thanks Malcolm
