123/4229 reunited with HOF1
My Mk II Interceptor 123/4229 was first registered to Sir Hugh Frazer, then chairman of House of Frazer, with the registration number HOF1. I managed to find the number and reunite it with the car

did DVLA free issue HOF 1 to the car, because that was what it originally was placed on the car from new ??
on its own the number plate is probably the same value as the car
