It’s getting there Dunc. Whole interior is new now - (even the glovebox has been retrimmed) - in the bodyshop at the moment. All the bits that needed doing (the tailgate, the various bits of pickling that needed doing), they’ve even made half a front valance for it - the near side was rotten and a big chunk broke off when I was underneath it - same for the arches. Hopefully it’ll look pretty good. It wont be concours, (outside at least - the inside will be), but that’s not what I was aiming for - or wanted. I’m looking after her :0)
Brilliant Gregg, it is just a really nice car that needs tlc and being driven,, glad you got it,,

I absolutely love the thing - so does anyone that gets near it. There’s just something about her. She gets used too. In between sorting out the (few) mechanical bits that needed doing (new a/c compressor mainly), I probably put 1500 miles on before she went to Rejen in June. It’s a very special car to be in.

So we’re now back from the bodyshop, and the interior is now going in. Rejen have made a superb job of this - the bodywork - and especially the tailgate, over which there was much teeth sucking. Final stretch now - hopefully will be collecting her early next week. Can’t wait!

Interior now nearing completion. The quality of Rejens work is simply staggering. The car has gone from a nice looking, but slightly tired ‘10 footer’ to something else entirely. To say I’m pleased with what Rejen have done would be a massive understatement. Collecting her next week.

Eddie - it’s been at Rejen since June, so I’ve missed most of the shows, meets, runs. Planning on making up for that!!

When you do start getting to meets, put a trailer on the back and bring your MV along as well :D

Will a pic do for now? I’m planning on selling it, as I have the other four, I don’t really ride now - I’m too old and decrepit! :0(

Now Richie. Being a Welshman, I’m sure you know the difference, but what Rejen have actually fitted is lambswool, not sheepskin :0)

So I have her back. Utterly blown away by what Rejen have done. Jason, Paul, Rob, Steve, Ash, Martin. It has completely exceeded my expectations. The quality of the advice and then the work done was extraordinary. I know they had some problems (specifically the sound system - I’m looking at you, Rob), but the solutions every time were carefully thought about and executed. Took the long way home yesterday (120 miles) through everything bar snow, and loved every second. It is way, way better than I thought it might be. It’s like a driving a work of art and I feel very privileged. Will post some pics later.
