Sourcing Chrysler/Mopar parts from the US
Sourcing Chrysler/Mopar parts from the US
Hi Guys. The restoration of 2739 is up and running again. and going like a train! Now at the stage of thinking about new "bits that go in the engine bay" I have just spent a fruitless half hour searching the internet with a view to sourfing parts in the US. My recollection was that Summit racing was the place but I seem to have that wrong. Any tips most gratefully received.

What's been your problem with Summit?
I have been using them for several years and have always found them very reliable and prompt with there deliveries if required. I had to order a new ECU for a car last year, the owner said he had to have it ASAP. I ordered it on the Friday night and the guy from UPS walked up my driveway Tuesday pm with it. This cost $125 ( ( xxx£65 ) good value and good service.
Most stuff seems to be in stock and the prices seem to be about as good as any where else I have found.
The best way if you are not sure is to ring them, I needed a 6 pack air filter last year and though not listed they had a K&N version for half the price of a genuine Mopar item.
