Are you suggesting this is a staged crash?
Or CGI?

It's certainly not staged, it's just a very poor Photoshop. Getting perspective correct is the difficult thing to do. The reflections are good, but the composition is just so wrong.

Look at the photo again. There doesn't appear to be any damage to the Crown Vic.
And it should have "crumpled". At least you'd expect a bit of deformation on the bonnet (hood) panel.
And the policeman is so far away.
And the perspective of both cars is wrong.
Etc, etc.

... a Photoshop piece done by a friend of mine 22 years ago, the car belonged to another friend. He ended up selling it to a jail where they restored the car.
