It's certainly not staged, it's just a very poor Photoshop. Getting perspective correct is the difficult thing to do. The reflections are good, but the composition is just so wrong.

Here is one I did years ago that had people on this forum asking questions:

This one is genuine. Other door though. It was a write off.

... a Photoshop piece done by a friend of mine 22 years ago, the car belonged to another friend. He ended up selling it to a jail where they restored the car.
