I have today Booked a tour around the Lotus factory on Saturday 17th August at 14.00. ( 2pm )

As we are the only people who will be going around the factory on this day, we will have the factory to ourselves..

The cost of the tour is £39. per person and we have to have a minimum of 30 people.

I have had to pay upfront for this tour so would all those that have said they would like to join the tour please PM me for my address for payment. Payment should be made in the next 14 days.

I have also got a few prices for the track as well, this will cost £2500. for half a day or £4500 for a full day, then we have to have to have public liberality Insurance and cover the cost of marshals and emergence services, so this could be expensive.

As some people are coming from far afield, it would b a good idea to meet at a local pub, have some lunch then take the tour.

before this time due to security levels on site. The reception is located at the main entrance to the

Its best that we meet up nearer the factory so, for lunch it has been recommend that this pub is the meeting point, lunch booked for midday, so to arrive between 11.30am the 11.45am.

May I thank everyone who is attending this event for all your prompt payments.

I have been talking to the owner of the pub we are meeting at, The Bird In The Hand at Wreningham about lunch, they have suggest that we have a set menu as there is so many of us as we will be, in there words, 'A tight time table'.

The menu will be a Main and a Dessert, then Coffee.

The Main -- Steak N Ale Pie, Local Veg & Chips.

Dessert -- Lemon Tart and Pouring Cream

Coffee.

All this for £17.20 per head. This is the best I could get them down too.

See you all at the pub on the 17th. We have 30 people attending.
