Thats ironic you should post these pictures today as i was at Keith's earlier today collecing his CV-8 for shipping to the States.
It gave me a second chance to look it over as well as his equally immpressive Volvo P1800 and see his next project?

Spot on
I agree totally mike, the colour combination on this car is stunning, it gives the car a much lighter and leaner look, I will definitely be looking at S's in a different light from now on, the surfacing and attention to detail is excellent as well, just beautiful.

driving a new 541S
Keith very kindly allowed me to drive his 541S last week, for comparison with my well used but similar car. Keith was keen to know what I thought of the feel of the steering, the behaviour of the hydramatic gearbox, the brakes etc...
It was a great honour to be so trusted and I can assure you all that it drives as well as it looks - It felt familiar but so much better. Thanks again Keith for a fantastic experience - I am very jealous!

colour scheme
Hi Keith
I hope soon my 541R project will be finished too.
The original colours of my car are mentioned on the Chassis Data book as Silver with Red roof.
Are those the same colours you have there?
I found some little portions of the original red and it looks like yours, while have no idea of the silver.
It looks like your silver is a bit on the champagne tone.
Is it correct or is it the photo wich may be misleading me?
My complimets to you for the incredible job!
Francesco

Re: Beautiful 541-S
Dear Keith,
Really a beauty of a car!
On the 3th picture the wiring loom is coming together on the fuseplate.
This is really well organised. My 541s has still the old connections and wiringloom. I want to replace and upgrade this!
Can you inform me where to buy that plate, connectors and the wiring loom?
Besides that, can you supply me with some nice detailed pictures. I really have to work on this on my 541s
Thanks in advance,
Anton
