Is that an extra gauge to the left of the steering column? It also seems that the dash dimmer is located in a different place than what I have seen...I've never seen a set up like this...

its a variable intermittent wiper control, the best addition ever, nothing worse than rain that requires the wipers on but not enough to stop them screeching like a banshee
