Been at it again,
Over the last two Sundays I have made a small amount of progress.
I was unsure of the small plate on the floor but re made it anyway, at a guess possibly used on the jig when it was made.
This panel sealant is an absolute nightmare, and was used in abundance!

After a right old fight they are out!
I would like to add grease nipples to the casting mounts so this won't happen again .
