Project indeed! But seems complete and with nice maintenance papers.

Re: Rusty CV8 on Bring-A-Trailer (No Reserve)
Agree Dion. It also looks unmolested and very straight - other than the damage to the nearside rear. Could this be a rare CV8 which looks worse on the body than the chassis (which still needs work)?
Deep pockets required of course but seems a worthy project (as I’m not paying for it )

Re: Rusty CV8 on Bring-A-Trailer (No Reserve)
The auction ended with a winning bid of $12,500, so not far off £10,000 at today's exchange rate. Not a bad price for a C-V8 restoration project and a lot more than the two that were sold last March in the UK that went for around £6200 each, but they had been stored in a field and were rotten, this one was probably not bad underneath.

The underside looked really good on the photos. Based on those it could be a good deal for someone.
