Sleeping peacefully, dreaming of chasing wild mustangs (preferably Shelbys) out in the prairie. Sometimes it wakes up, bathed in sweat, probably having dreamt of congested roads :)

Saturday 13th December. Another visit to caffeine and Machine. Two visits in as many days, just meeting up friends for coffee (and a pint). The sun had enticed quite a number of cars out for a jolly. Apart from the Jensen all modern go faster stuff. Bit of a queue to get in but they parked us in the front, in preference to a new Porsche, which were, 2 a penny. 😁
Wishing you all a belated new year.
Brett.

I've been having some problems with the electrics, but was determined to get the car out, so with help from an old school AA man, used a wire from the starter motor to the battery to get the car started and had a great drive early this morning.

I washed the C-V8 on Sunday. So what? Well, I was beleaguered by a 16yr old with analog camera who was hanging around the car wash hoping some cool cars would show up. She developed the film yesterday and sent me the pictures :) Very cool! I asked her if she was in art school, but she said it was just her hobby (Instagram @photography.stephy)

"Sützli" = 1 Stutz = 1 Franc, and "wösch" as in wash :)

In the seventies there used to be the legendary "Stützli Sex" over here, which is where the name comes from. Striptease shows where you had to insert a coin to look through the viewer and after a period of time it was over:

Thank you, Kees. The Lego wheels as I call them. After a while I got used to them :)
