Ahem, time to sell as it’s been languishing under a bed for years and I no longer own a MK1 Interceptor.
Twin snorkel later MK1 and MK2 air filter 2 part housing.
Excellent original condition. It has been powder coated in a slight crackle finish which would particularly suit a 383 ‘E’ Series engine (which originally had a crackle finish as can be found on my very original ‘E’ Series FF - but frankly it would look good (and fit) any Interceptor MK1 - 2 fitted with a stock carburettor.
The heat of powder coating can sometime melt the solder which holds the breather tube - but not in this case.
As you can see, the housing hasn’t sat in the open with a pool of water eating away the top.
Minimal distortion to a couple of areas of one snorkel lip - otherwise nigh on perfect.
Not cheap but find another in this condition.
£295 plus shipping - but would prefer collection.
