SW London & Surrey area meeting

Hi everybody
I am the new SW London & Surrey Area Rep, I have just taken over the role & have been trying to arrange a meeting. I have decided that our first meeting will be on Sunday 10th September 2022 at the black swan pub Ockham KT11 1NG
it is located just off the A3 so should be easy to reach for most people. This is an established car meet on the second Sunday every month it starts around 8am & finishes at midday there is somewhere to get a coffee & a sandwich plus other cars too admire. if you could let me know if you intend joining us so i can try & reserve a space for the cars together it would be appreciated. look forward to seeing many of there

Can you clarify once again the date, as the Ockham meet is the second Sunday of the month, which would be Sunday 11th and won't clash with the Walton Bridge meet on Saturday 10th...

i can confirm the black swan is on Sunday the 11th of September which clashes with the Walton bridge meet. because of this i think i will cancel the meeting at the black swan & suggest that anybody that would like to meet up do so at Walton bridge & i will arrange a more private Jensen meeting for another date. i hope this does not mess up your plans but i believe this would be a best solution as the Walton bridge meeting is only 4 times a year hope to see you there

I notice on FB that lots of meets this Sunday have been cancelled in respect of the Queens passing. Anyone know if Walton Bridge is going ahead?
