This is Martin Kirby's Interceptor, photographed with daughter of the family that owned it for most of the 80s.
Martin found a post on Facebook back in 2018 from a guy called Danny, who was looking for his partners parents car.
They have been in touch since, and Martin was able to reunite them.
You may have seen the photos on various Jensen related Facebook pages without understanding the interesting story behind them.
GPG 706K was owned by Mr & Mrs Carrington from early August 1971 to April 1979.
Their Samantha daughter got married at the end of November, Martin was fortunate to be able to pick Samantha and Mrs Carrington up from a hotel in Holbourn and take them to the wedding venue in Chancery Lane. Unfortunately Mr Carrington is no longer with us but, his brother and a lot more of the family were there. None of them knew the car was going to be at the wedding. Samantha can remember the car from when she was a child.
