OPEN DAY IN COVENTRY

Post by Davenewby »

To all those who made it to Open Day, thanks for your participation. I hope that you enjoyed the day as much as I did :)

I did try to talk to everybody there, but if I missed out on greeting anyone, then please do not be offended and accept my apologies.

It was a great day out and so pleasing to see so many Jensens assembled in front of the Museum. A very impressive sight which attracted many visitors. Even the Museum staff, who have seen all manner of exotic (and not so exotic) cars, were impressed by the show!

No doubt there will be pictures posted in the near future, my excuse this time being that I did not have time to take any :(

To all who did not make it, you were missed, and you missed a good day, but I hope to see you all there next year.

To all who helped to organise the day, my heartfelt thanks.

David

I did mean to get a photo of the trailer - but there were always too many people there.

This is the trailer at the NEC - with a dodgy looking couple in front of it

I want to know why Colin's standing inside the NEC with an umbrella up! The only time that weekend I remember it raining was on set-up day when it was horizontal through the doors behind him.

Seriously, the trailer is superb and surely the envy of many other clubs, as indeed are its "dodgy" occupants.
