Intersting paint jobs done on the front and engine bay. A hell lot of work to put it back to factory spec.- but maybe someone likes it....
I own some of the odd Jensen

Anyone else notice the lowering spacers on the lower control arms?

Nothing like having your genuine handcrafted Wilton carpet in the footwell. And this is nothing like it.
Casually discarded sunglasses are a nice touch though.

The sunglasses cut down the glare of the white paint under the bonnet. The stair carpet must surely be protecting the luxury that lies beneath!
Talking of under the bonnet, I can't see a water pump belt on the blue painted pulley (electric pump conversion perhaps or my eyesight?) but I expect the no6 plug lead will melt on the manifold and misfire before it gets too far? Working air con...?

Re: Left hand drive Int. Coupe in Switzerland
I've seen the car, but didn't inspect it. The car came from the US or Canada, Canada I think, I'd have to check in the records. The owner believes it still is mainly in its original paint. He is known to spend quite a bit on his cars, but originality to the last detail isn't his foremost concern. They have a shop here in Switzerland who do the restoration work on their cars, but they are not specialized in Jensens. I'm also not aware that he had to have a whole lot done to the car, they've had the Coupe for a few years, not all that long. I think he was considering to have it repainted, but decided only to tackle the issues locally. They have their cars to use them and do quite a bit of long distance travelling in them. They've decided to reduce their collection due to their age. If you're looking for a Coupe then this one is probably worth looking at.

The best looking Jensen coupe is the white one done by Mark I, in “New Build From the States”.
His upgraded treatment of the rear window, and pano-glass really updates the look....
Interesting spacers on the front suspension... I thought about doing something like that....

I put on half that number more than a decade ago. Got the height just right in my opinion. Cost of some new bolts and washers way less than cutting springs or swapping with another set of springs that might or might not be right.
