Another good guess but nope. Disregard the front wings. The best clue is in the basically unmodified doors and rear below swage line.

Scratch that, rear below roof structure. Think 60ies, and I got distinctively italian vibes from the doors which turned out to be on target.

Believe it or not: It is based on an early Lancia Flavia coupe!

I was working on the assumption that it was something to do with the the Audi 100S.
