A well known Interceptor heading back to the road in 2019

Here's where to post photos of your cars. We all want to see your Jensens!

Thanks Joe.

I'm off to REJEN on Monday to pick up a pair of retrimmed door cards. While the interior will be a mix of old and new, I'm keeping my fingers crossed it will retain the quality look and feel of a proper Jensen interior. Not too long to find out now!

I saw your car today StuPotImage, I went to Epping to meet Stephen Carter to get my copy of the data chassis book that I am very pleased with, infact over the moon!!Image, I then left Stephen... went in the local shop, bought some good old >>

and some milk and went and had a Cup-a-tea with Ole Uncle ColinImage
Your car looks fantastic inside and out StuPot.. I was also very impressed and actually asked Colin about the windscreen rubber seal, lovely.. It was also great to see the hatch rubber trim ends finished as they should be rather than just cutting them off like they usually are Stu, we talk again recently about the ends on here with Phil Fish I remember, just before the Devon tour.. When I actually mentioned it to Colin he just chuckled and made out he didn't know what I was talking about, well I did say "Its nice to see that finish to stop mice crawling up the centre of the rubber there ColinImage".. I am sure you know what I am talking about, but if not I mean the this(this isn't your car obviously) >>>

Cheers Grant - and sorry for the delayed response. I've been preoccupied - including sorting out the remaining little bits and pieces needed for the car. Glad you like it. Colin's done a great job as usual, and the car is a real credit to his skill, experience, and patience.

Re: the interior, I bit the bullet and had REJEN make me some smart new door cards to replace the rather baggy ones fitted to it. I'm keeping my fingers crossed they integrate well with the rest of the fitted interior.

Did you leave me a Wagon Wheel Grant??? Last time I had one of those I was only 5 foot 8 inches tall.

Lovely Stu.. Looking Great, they don't have the panache of the early cars though Stu do they.. so different inside to your Mk1 isn't it.. but they are more Luxurious I guess, great for you that it is nearly done though.. When I was there with Colin whilst he was huddled over in the boot fitting all the boot panels, I said to him "Colin, they just go on & on & on & on don't they".. he chuckled and said Yes, don't they :? "...
