Indeed it is! Built in NZ in 1979. Local content included the (still lovely) pile carpets.

Real German minis at my local Sainsburys. There was also a red mini with them which I didn't manage to get a photo of.

There must be some sort of convention going on Zac.. I saw 3 mini's today on the M25 near Cobham, I was on my way to Birmingham area and then saw them again near Birmingham coming the other way on the carriageway, same cars , but had been joined by 2 more and little Elf or Hornet was with them too :P

There was a 60th Mini birthday meeting at Gaydon last weekend. Picture report here:

How did they manage to obtain that special Jag engine? There must have been only a handful been build.

It's a Weismann. Notice the numberplate? i.e Gecko

Took the beast out today to meet friends at Elevdon Courtyard Suffolk, there was a Jaguar Drivers Club meeting there.. some really nice cars, but this one was heads above everything else that was there.
