Wow! This is a mystery. It appears to be a Fiat 130 Coupe Estate, but those are hyper rare and unlikely to be lying around on a street corner.
Fiat's 130 saloon, styled in house, was a handsome but conventional lump and an estate version of that was made that was impressive but not stunning.
Pininfarina styled the 130 coupe and that certainly was stunning. They followed it up with a Coupe estate, if you see what I mean, which was never put in production but was used by Agnelli himself, lucky devil.
The Fiat 130 coupe and Lancia Gamma coupe were my favourites of the 1970s (judged just on beauty) and I'm amazed you've come across this version on the streets.
