Are JIA restoring it to factory spec or are you doing the whole Interceptor R thing?
What’s the racecar? Looks like a weapon!

We try to stay as close to original as possible. We keep the original engine with some modifications and a 4 speed auto with lock-up.
The race car is a TVR.

Progress in work is good. After removing all the body protect material the car now has been blasted.
It is now revealing it's life over the last 45 years. There is small accident damage on the car but most off it is well repaired.
And off course thin or no material on the usual places.
John Sleath started working on the engine and the up-holsterer also began it's work.
All should well be ready before the International meet in Morges.
Regards Dick

Work in progress. The boys at JIA are doing a great job!
John Sleath did the engine, initial testbenchrun 436 bhp & 450 ft-lb.
Soon the boy's will start building again.
Can't wait to have a spin in the car.

After some deley's the bodywork nears completion.
Welding, streching and bending has brought the body back in a decent shape.
It's off to the paintshop now.

I had to give the car some small updates.Despite the fact that I want to keep the car as close to original as possible.
The front valance is one of the modernizations.
