Welsh = Gilbern. No idea what model though although it looks too good to be a production car!

From Facebook. Most comments not very favourable. Two comments are noteworthy:

"reminds me of a CV8"

"I like it. A cross between a E-type and a CV8, in fact, I love it"

Any ideas?

Built by Abbey Panels and they were called Shark-Gill or Quad Headlamp.

What ever they were called they are ugly.

Both E-type and C-V8 were not the most pretty machines anyway.

Perfect. As they say, beauty is in the I of the bee holder. Brave company to take on an E-Type.

The sixth Earl of Cawdor was known as a chap who liked living life to the full and had an eccentric dress sense – apparently he'd wear scarlet velvet jackets with black frogging, large buckles on his shoes and belts, and so on.
