That's what contributors to the National Motorcycle Museum thought; it turned out to be a bit too warm.cannonball wrote:somewhere, nice and dry warm and safe to keep it,

Looks incredible and will really make a stunning exhibition item. The colour will bring car enthusiasts clustering and gathering from many more mundane models (Sorry to those but a Jensen is incredible and special)

Ulric has published a complete list of original paint codes (except Colorado Yellow). He holds samples for spectrographic analysis.cannonball wrote:yes a great colour,,anyone got the colour/paint mix codes ???

No doubt the display will do a world of good for Jensen's image and popularity with kids today and trigger several ownerships and future restorations. I still remember the first time I saw a gleaming Mk3 in metallic blue parked in Pinner high street in the 1990s. Tinted windows, amazing GKN alloys, and sheepskin seat inserts! A year or so later I had bought my first Jensen!
