Cropredy Shock

Hard to believe, but they've actually given the price of one of their cars for sale.

Stunning !
Worth every penny.
Have a look on the various classic car websites to see the mass produced dross available for similar money.
Got to love a Jensen !

Esp with a Uncle Colin body.
This is a lovely car, I believe with the other genius's know how ie Pete simm lump & Unc Dave- this car got the lot, it wasn't worth that much then either, so huge credit to the owner-
That providence future proofs all Jensen's- fact a'mondo.

I really do applaud the people that cared beyond the cost, when investment or any chance recovering coin was clear.
Different now to an extent, but any car that is saved, that gets a proper care (and there are many, the resorations now, well its awesome- not the flopped over poop of the '90's) Anyone thats ever saved a 'statue' well pat your sell on the back!

I see I one of there ads that they rebuild an old car, call it the 'Interceptor CD' then sell it as a 'Zero Mileage' If the car has been restored, or even updated, how can it be sold like this?
Only working half a day now.

Interceptor CB (Cropredy Bridge)
That must be the £250,000 model.
I suppose the 'Zero-Mileage' can be justified by having replaced ALL of the mechanical components.
Someone who is able to fork out this kind of money will know exactly what he is getting into.

Has anyone seen one of these cars ? They are now selling slot number 4, so someone has been buying them.

Maybe they have been sold to all their millennial USA clients according to the promotional speech at the International.

Or perhaps another "lifestyle customer" to add something to their probably already large collection of Gucci handbags, Signature Range Rovers and Burberry clothes?

I think it's really great that wealthy people do this kind of thing.
Maybe I can afford to buy one after 10 years of usage has occurred.

I wrote some months ago that the jensen marque should not be solely judged by the occassional reaonable car advertised. There is a "secret" market for bespoke jensens as attested by 250K built to order by CB. These buyers will likely never join the JOC and just want the very best. CB will never divulge buyer details, nor should they. However the upper market is alive and ready. Surprising no one wants bespoke FF. Be nice to see and perhaps "pick at" 250K quality though. I have my order placed for a 541R must be lime green Kenny38 8)
