Re: 127/245
Fantastic, Francis! Great colour combination. How does it run? Faster than a police car?

Re: 127/245
Ha ha ha! Of course. The tyres were that came with it were Michelin 235/70 R15". They filled the wheel arches, and the increased rolling radius slowed it down somewhat... Yes its very rapid now, will outpace most but not those darned speed cameras I am glad I took off all the nitrous oxide stuff though.... its fine in standard form !

Re: 127/245
You have noticed that I am being a bit discrete about the front!! At the moment it has a MkIII front bumper, but I am looking into having a 3 piece MkII made.. Probably in stainless from 'nam. (not Beckenham)..... I have my old original bumper for a template but so far cannot find anyone to replicate it.....

Francis.. You need the little spoiler fitted to your FF that would have been there from new, get one, Andy has them.. I fitted one to me Interceptor.. see here >>>

A lot has happened in a year.... Got the car back today from body shop complete with new roof (no new front spoiler.... ) . I had it spayed the original silver as a nod to its history. Just need to re-fit the red interior now

Re: 127/245
Yes, its the local 1/4 mile drag strip …. Grant, I have only had the roof done but I gave the body a good polish, came up well. I was never a fan of the Websato, (Britax version) too small to be any use and rattly when closed. The car felt a lot quieter, and tauter on the lanes. I am very happyfelixkk wrote:stunning, Francis, well done... and I recognize the road!
