Wessex Area - New Year Get Together...

Further to my previous post, after a great deal of checking and looking at options, Lindsay and I have decided to hold the Annual post Christmas / New Year get together at - The Berwick Lodge in West Bristol. The date chosen is Saturday 07th January 2017.
This "tucked away" lodge is one of Bristol's best kept secrets but just off the M5 at Cribbs Causeway. The hotel website is http://www.berwicklodge.co.uk and the post code for the bottom of its driveway is: BS10 7TB
We have made arrangements for us to have a three course evening meal starting at 7:30pm. We will meet in the hotel bar / lounge for pre-dinner drinks from 6:30 pm.
The cost is £25.00 per person and there will be a choice (to be sent separately) from three starters, three main courses and three deserts. All prepared by their excellent and award winning chefs. The selection from the menu will be sent with your booking form if you are planning to attend.
Dress code is smart casual, but if some wish to dress up more formally, it would be nice to see.
Deadline for us receiving any booking form and pre- payment is the 04th December, likewise the allocation for overnight rooms will also be released on that date along with the special rate being dropped for the rooms.
All drinks will be charged separately and will be the responsibility of the individuals attending. Staff will ask for your surname and then you settle on departure that night.
If you would like to attend, please contact Lindsey or I and we will send you a booking form and details of payment process for the meal.
For those that wish to stay over in the lodges boutique style rooms, there is a flat rate available for the rooms of £125.00 per room bed and breakfast for two persons.
Rooms are on a "run of house" basis and subject to availability at the time of booking direct with the hotel, although we are holding a 10 room allocation and so please quote "Jensen Owners Club" when making a booking for the 07th January.
Please note these are not standard rooms like a Hilton etc, as each room is individually furnished and rooms are spread across the main building and the coach house adjacent.
We both look forward to meeting you there but don't leave it too long to decide to book.
