If Tormarton doesn't pan out, Marshfield had some good pubs. Can't remember names but have had good meals in the past.

The Swan Inn at Tockington used to be good and from memory had plenty of car parking.....this would give easy access to all - North, South and East etc..... Just a suggestions

How about the Tortworth Court.

We had a spring weekend here a number of years ago. Currently shows £62 for a double room which seems reasonable for those wanting to have a drink and stay over.

Like the Tortworth Court option, been there for a meal and was very nice, although that was a few years ago.

When you thinking of anyway as from January I start traveling for work and a shame to miss out :D

Tortworth Court sounds like a good option with plenty of rooms at Premier Inn prices since the majority seemed to stay the night last year.

At the moment I cant make it, well an outside chance if earlier in January.....

If you go ahead and I am in the UK, then I will be there with my wife.....just a thought, have you offered the "event" out to Devon & Cornwall and Wales, maybe that would add numbers?
