Leeds Cruise

Post by Mark Maniatt »

Hi all,
Next Saturday, the 12th May, sees the start of the monthly Leeds Cruise meetings we call the B & Q classic car events, namely due to them taking place in their car park.As for the ‘Cruise’ bit, well the police scuppered that years ago so think along the lines of the Ace Cafe type events only bigger and better!

Cars generally start arriving around 4.30pm and owners come from far and wide.Over the years we have seen some exotic rides turn up, a mixture of classics,American muscle cars, military vehicles and even dragsters on one memorable occasion.
A Burger King is onsite should you need it and we usually have a number of members with their cars turn up.

It’s very easy to find being the turn off after Elland Rd,football ground heading West on the M.621 from Leeds. The B&Q store is Beeston branch - LS11 0BD.
The meet is every 2nd Saturday of the month, the last is usually September.
Come along for a great night with some serious petrol heads.
See you there,
Jazz and Jensens. There is a God
