Autumn Weekend Whitby 19/21 Sept 14

Hi All,
There are still two double rooms available for this years Autumn Weekend,Fri/Sat 19/21st September, hosted by the Yorkshire Area.This is our final visit to Whitby for the moment and will be based at the wonderful Dunsley Hall country house hotel, situated just 4 miles from Whitby itself.The rate is £170 per night for a couple sharing and includes breakfast and 4 course evening meal.A spectacular scenic drive has been organised for Saturday morning as usual and is not to be missed.This event is open to all members, irrespective of whether you are a Jensen owner or not.Everyone is very welcome!

Very much looking forward to it - although we may not be doing the entire Saturday drive as Michael really wants to see the steam railway as a priority 8) (suits me to see it again!)

Although the weather on Saturday was not good , I think we all had a good weekend.
Thanks to our organizers, Mark and Denise.

A really great weekend again. I'm afraid I only took one photo of my own car outside the hotel and a couple of trains!
As we were there for the past few years, seemed a little pointless posting more of the same scenes :)
The weather was damp on the Saturday but not too bad overall. I covered 620 miles over the weekend and had no issues that I know of.....

Average MPG on the way up to Yorkshire was slightly better than I got on my spirited drive home and overall, I achieved 14.7 MPG.

Many thanks to Mark and everyone involved in making it a thoroughly enjoyable weekend 8)
