Leeds cruise

Post by brendan »

Hi all

Its that time of month this Saturday 11th

The weather forcast is not bad for the whole of the week end.

In the high teens with sunshine summer mite be here at last.

So as its been so bad it will most likely be a good turn out.

See you there.

Another great night at Yorkshires Version of the Ace Cafe, that just keeps on growing. Four Jensens in all, but plenty of room for more, so get to Leeds next month before the weather turns in. 2nd Saturday every month and there is plenty to see, with lots of Americano, Rat Rods, Custom, as well as a good selection of classic cars and bikes.

See you next month, which is a good chance to give your cars a run as its the weekend before the Yorkshire weekend at Whitby.

I remember that red Camaro SS with flags across the front from the 1970s, when I was knee high to a grasshopper. Saw it at Ally Pally Custom show, and it was a regular in colour in the magazines advertising something or other; it belonged to Mick Cooke I think.

p.s. don't remember it in this advert though!

Yes Colin your maths is better than mine, its a fortnight before the Whitby run not a week, so even more time to save up for some more gogo juice :D
Its 30 seconds from Juction 1 off the M621, so about 2 hours for you mate, or I'm sure we'll have room at the inn ?

Colin there is a travel lodge about 8 miles away, but a premier Inn within spitting distance. Try Leeds city west Premier Inn (rooms from £29?)

To get the £29 room rate you have to share with Lenny Henry :) .
