Mark 111 Radiator Hose Part Numbers?

Post by RockyUSA »

Does anyone have any US Part Numbers for Mark 111 radiator hoses that fit nicely?

I am working through my cooling system, and obviously want to replace the hoses.

Also - any tips on the heater hose barbs coming out of the block... Either part numbers for replacement barbs, or sizes and thread dimensions.

Thanks, and Cheerio!

I think I've got a set from Rock Auto...

I'll wait until they arrive to claim victory!

Thanks - now to order those "nipples" - are we allowed to say that? Every car's got 'em!

Top Hose is a Gates 25806.

I think all the bottom ones are specials or made out of other hoses.

Gates 25806 is a flex hose. Go to the local auto parts store and pick a molded hose out from the rack. You will have to cut part off but there are a few options that will work. I don't remember the number that I used. Sorry. This will probably only be an option in the USA! :)

My original top hose had a spring in it to prevent collapsing so the flex may take care of the collapse situation is remedied

I have had issues in the past with the top hose collapsing on cool off but I found that by removing the cap on the radiator when the car is cold and slowly adding coolant until it is at the top it eliminates that problem. The overflow/expansion tank needs to be no more than half full. :)
