Awesome cars but as i've said before, from nearly every angle, (except perhpas the rear) the similarity with the Interceptor is uncanny - quad headlamps, wrap around rear screen, even the chrome sill strip and slatted angled vent behind the front wheel...
BTW the clips of red one with the raised bonnet will be the 7 litre...
Especially in profile though i have to admit, the Grifo probably has the edge but at what, 3 or four times the price... (and only half the seats...) ???

Here is the Grifo prototype, this is getting very cool;

And here the rear end of a production car- this example on Swedish plates.

Terrific looking cars but I don't think they have the edge on an Interceptor.
Oppressively small inside compared to the airy feel of the Jensen.
It's perhaps more akin to an E-type in that respect.
Some detail shots here:

Slight similarity with the CV-8 in terms of the split radiator air intake at the front.
Bearing in mind its production period of '63 'til '74 straddled the CV-8 and the
Interceptor it makes you wonder what the Jensen Bros. were doing producing the
CV-8 when there was so much design talent elsewhere.

A friend of mine has one and I have had the pleasure of driving it.
Its totaly different to the Interceptor in every way, its louder, its manual, there is no pas, its smaller inside, and the engine is totaly different, much more higer geared its not a GT in any way at all, but its an absolutely awesome piece of engineering.
If you look at my post ''My Sunday Mornings'' there might be a picture of it in Dubonet Red Metallic which is an absolutley fantastic paint colour.
