I found a german LHD MK1, but later version with vented 'Jensen' on the C-pillar. Could not find any references in this thread to the vehicle, and could not find it on Steve's database either. Anyone has more knowledge on this vehicle?

Update: Never mind. Found it on Steve's list.. picture made it look a lot darker on the overview. Its 117/3148, already known.

Found a Vignale built LHD MK1 in South Africa, Sincar #15, chassis 117/2592.
On a long and winding road to restore it back to original condition.

Interesting, though a bit ugly, wheels. From a Jaguar XJ s3?
Pretty colour

Agreed.

The wheels from the Jag of that era are not 5"x5 spacing of the Jensen, so they won't fit. Those may well be new wheels drilled to the Jensen pattern (edit: or they could be stainless steel wheel trims from an XJ).

That's a Devon registration. Could be still in Devon somewhere as it seems to have only been used for another 2 years. It shouldn't be too hard for you to find if you look around.
