:D Followed by the classic American soccer-mom's transport vehicle (I remember being loaded up in the back of one of these as a child, I think there may have been plenty of space for the whole team).

I turned up for golf on Sunday and this lot had dropped by for coffee in the cafe before carrying on.
The lurid green vintage is also a candidate for Name that Car…

That's a car very much in the same vein as a Jensen Interceptor or C-V8. British coachwork wrapped around an American 8 cylinder engine. It's a Railton, with characteristic small diameter wheels for the period, which give it a slightly odd hot-rod look (well deserved too).

I was thinking it may not be vintage at all, but a very good special, because the wheels look too small, I sit corrected, due to your superior knowledge :)

Those Zephyr/Zodiac MK4 were a strange beast, especially with the tiny V4 engine lost in that huge engine bay. A real rarity these days, most were banger raced.

I love the Peugeot 203. Beautifully styled, well build, reliable, comfortable and excellent roadholding

Yup, 1936 Railton!
The Peugeot was in very good condition, too.
I assume it was a Zephyr/Zodiac outing, with hangers on.
I didn't get a chance to talk to them, coz I basically had to sprint to the first tee after taking those photos.
