When have you seen one driving around and still in business use by a plumber.

Never. All the plumbers in the world use Transporters like the one on the right!

I have not seen one of these for a long time. In their days it was the standard van in NL. VW, Opel, Renault, Fiat/Citroen/Peugeot, Mercedes, Bedford never beat this model Transit in the day.
Today rarer than a Jensen.

Took the Interceptor into my mechanic for work on the exhaust. Here are some other cars waiting their turn.

Seen in a nearby pub car park recently. Is it a Daimler 250 and remind me what a pub is?

As I pulled up outside my local deli I saw a a Bitter parked opposite. As I went over for a look several other classic cars pulled up. After chatting to the owners it appears they were on their way to demonstrate in Central London against Citizen Khan’s latest imposition of taxes on motorists. Congestion Charge up to £15, hours 7am to 10pm, 7 days a week. The poor residents are going to be stranded because many of their friends won’t be able to afford to visit especially if their vehicles qualify for the ULEZ tax too! Just as a cherry on the cake those poor residents are loosing their 90% congestion charge discount too!
Anyway it was great to see the cars.
PS The Bristol 411 S5 had a 6.8 litre engine and four speed manual gearbox.

I know the guy with the Vitesse, I've even had a ride in the car. Most of the cars belong to a club called Waterloo Classics, though Mark, who owns the Vitesse doesn't, he just went along for a day out (he is a member of my local car club in south east London).

I was there, at the back, because I was late due to all the traffic on the road!
The set route through London was quite difficult to follow because of the unusually large quantities of congested traffic

It was a good day out though and there are always a nice mix of classics

Spotted lunchtime in a local garden centre.

Rare Vantage model. Owner said it’s just had a rebuild.

Stunning
