Took advantage of the sunshine and took the car out just to make a couple of local errands a little less choresome today...didn't go far but seemed I wasn't alone...

On Sunday, I attended the "Traversée de Paris" unfortunately not with the Interceptor as the Rack is leaking fluid and I have a problem with the power steering pulley. So I took my faithful Spitfire for a crossing of Paris East to West visiting all of Paris Railway stations as well as some of the nicer places the city of lights has to offer : Place de la Concorde, Invalides etc... We finished off with a picnic in Meudon garden overlooking Paris

There were about 800 cars, motorbikes, mopeds, tractors, buses, tanks and jeeps at this event that occurs twice a year. Below are some pics of some of the cars. Not a single Jensen in sight. But I promise I will do it next time with my Interceptor

Some nice metal at this morning's Haynes breakfast club meet. Never seen a Plymouth Barracuda like this one before. And loved the Chevy Impala and Humber.
