Interceptor history

Hi all, I have just purchased my very first Jensen , having lived about 2 miles from the factory in my youth, I have history from 1997, however nothing before could anyone help there are no factory records .

My car is a mark 111 interceptor reg GFM 849N

I note your car is Chassis No 2240/1181
Originally Silver with a Black Vinyl Roof and a Dark Blue Interior
I note that the car is now Dark Blue
The Chassis Data book recorded the Registration No as GFM 849 M but N appears to be correct given that the car was Ex Factory on 22.11.1974

I noted that the car was for sale at the Charterhouse Auction 05.10.2021

Unfortunately i have no earlier history on this car and any that you wish to share may help me in identifying earlier history
