Not sure if that van is one of those Renault's or Vauxhall's.

Don't mind the spelling but the fact that the g almost touches the k almost drives me crazy. Also that the e is too far apart from the W. Not to mention that the r and the a are too far apart in the Braking

I was appalled at the story of a charity shop that has had to close because its building is to be demolished (asbestos).

Not because of the closure, but because of the signage outside.

The Swiss like the apostrophe so much, they use it to denote thousands.
eg:
24'000 = 24,000

The signage on that van isn’t original. A later addition, surely?

I know it doesn't belong to our builders, as they never even come round to our house, despite taking tens of thousands of pounds off us.

Hmmm... 24,000 is 24 accurate to the 10.000th

They are probably still remote-working because of the pandemic.
Not getting in your hair.
You should be pleased they are so considerate.

Good point. I'll pop round to their house and see if our extension is in their back garden.
