Some snaps from the 70's

Post by Clive Bishop »

I was given some old photos by my local carpet fitter who is a amateur photographer and he took these on holidays in the south west in the '70's - anyone recognise any of these from Devon and Cornwall

Brilliant Clive!!

I see the ubiquitous Triumph "Harold" was caught in one picture!

It is good to see the cars back in the day so to speak!

By 1993 "J541" was apparently on a Rolls Royce Corniche, in Jersey.
"Now that chassis number is particularly interesting ‘cos it’s the one after the one before, which is the one after mine, not many people know that"

Great pictures - and as usual, in many ways, sad to see all British cars. A sight we certainly never see today.
