Location of Chassis Number

Post by shaun »

I received the email today from an owner in Italy.

Before I respond back I would appreciate any information to just to make sure I give the correct answer.

To Jansen Owner's club

Attention: chairman@joc.org.uk

Dears,I am Maurizio Zani and I am the owner of a Jensen Interceptor MK2.The frame number is 125/5200 and it is write on a plate affixed to the engine. In Italy the public motorization office wants to see the number written directly on the frame and I hope this is there somewhere, but I am not able to find it. Can you help me? Do you know something more? Thank you.
Best regards, Maurizio Zani

I can only tell you where to find it on a MK3
On the the frame in front of front axle, coated with paint and hard to see, (you have to go down to earth), and on the plate in the centre console

The joys of the forum running in an iframe :-)

To copy a link you need to right click on the post heading link and then just click on copy link address (or whatever the wording is on your browser)

The last time I bought an Apple product was an Apple II in 1982 or thereabouts :-)

I'm ignoring the Mac I bought from Raj as that is now in the garage...

According to the link below you should be able to hold your finger on the link for a second or so to get the options.
