This is a service the club offers to members. You need to make a V765 application, the car and documents need to be inspected by the club and the application is made via the General Secretary (me). Email gs@joc.org.uk

Have you just bought this lovely looking car or is it still on sale?

Possibly a stupid question, but if you know the original number/s how do you find out if it is available?

Hi James, I wanted to get my original registration back on my MK2 Interceptor so I just rang DVLA to see if it still existed on their data base and they informed me it was without any arm bending. Unfortunately for me, I do not have any original documentation that ties my original registration to my chassis number so there it has stopped for me being able to move forward and re-acquire it.

Hi Krusty, 123 4119. According to the Calver bible, my Interceptor originally carried XKT 787J but now sports GPE 690J.

Martin Robey probably do if you ask them to photocopy the file for your car.

Hi Chris, I already have a copy of everything they have but none these documents have both the chassis number and the registration number on them. I would like to know what the source of the information was that was used to produce the Richard Calver Interceptor register.

I think Richard has written about this but he went through all existing paperwork at the Jensen factory sometime in the late 1980s. And then he's been gathering information ever since from any available source.
