Hi,

It is now 4 days in from when we launched the new site and I am please to say that we have approx 355 users who have manage to change their password with no issues or with some assistance.

If there is any further problems with your account or you know someone that is having any issues please can you or ask them to send an e-mail to it@joc.org.uk.
