Interceptor film sighting

I haven't seen the appearance of the Interceptor in "Bottle Shock" mentioned before. The flm stars the incomparable Alan Rickman and is the story of the 1976 wine tasing competition where California wines beat the best French vineyards. The Interceptor appears in the background of shots earlier in the movie but it was difficult to get a photo. As you can see, it is barreling towards the camera and is on screen for only a second,
