Interceptor logo artwork

Post by Eddie »

Does anyone have some artwork for the Interceptor grill badge that they could share with me.

Am looking to make a large non slip mat that goes down the side of my car in my man cave.

Thanks in advance.

Sort of, but don’t forget I’m just a simple joiner, it’s the people I work with who have the brains. The super duper art working lady is currently furloughed, I could ask her when she is back to recreate it, but thought I would see if someone else had already done it.

Actually another question is, if nobody has the artwork, does anybody know what the font is??

Eddie.. I know this doesn't help you 1 iota, but, I'm sure you are aware that I have been for a long time building my version of a JIA Car,
anyway I had these badges made from Glass Enamel.. I have for a good while struggled to find extra time to do too much to the car, so this maybe the only time anyone will see the badgesImage, so I have chosen you to admire them and tell me you can't stand the sight of them :( .. and, if that is the case then when I see you nextImage>>>

Hello Keith My Ole Fruit :P .. Yes..I was Instructed that if I used a 1300cc cross flow engine it would be a "Fuel Saver", that would of course save Buying one from Lewi :D, but, then someone else suggested it wouldn't "Pull the Skin Off Of a Rice Pudding" but, foolishly I had already had the badges made

Being a true Essex boy, I am a 2 time owner of the mighty Escort RS turbo. So I think the InterceptorRS badge is a true master peice :D :D :D

Obviously none of the above helps with finding the correct artwork :(

Is that why your Interceptor is White Eddie? Grant I expected you would use a V6 and manual box from a Capri! A couple of Janspeed turbos on it and you would be laughing.

I am looking forward to see your creation Grant. I'm guessing a period Mopar V8, manual gearbox and multiple carbs of one description or another!

Ended up drawing the artwork up on Autocad. For those that know graphic design it’s completely the wrong programming to use for something like this, but as I have said, I know nothing about graphic design.

It’s just a floor matt in the entrance to my air chamber. Just a bit of bling for the man cave really. It won’t wear out as it is rear printed on to a clear thick vinyl specifically for floor printing.
