Jensens on TV
Hi All, hope everyone is well.
Still stuck in lockdown so still watching more TV than is good for me, lots of old re-runs.
I have now started to note down, where I can, any Jensen appearing in TV programmes and films, I know this is really sad, a kind of imobile armchair based trainspotting activity.
Today I added a new one, while watching The Saint (Roger Moore), who was acting as a rally driver, I clocked a Mk1 Jensen Interceptor FF, registration number NEA 4 F, supposedly owned by the boss of an engineering company.
The programme also had other interesting motors including the two main race cars: TVR Grantura 1800S and a Marcos.
This now adds to my spot of a CV8 registration 324 PE in Minder being driven by Jimmy Nail.
It seems that they have not got round to re-runs of The Baron yet.
Any more? Do these cars still exist, are they in the club?
Regards
Richard

Re: Jensens on TV
I can't comment on the FF, but C-V8 324 PE is a mystery car, there is no record of any C-V8 with that registration (which car it is is a question that comes up every time there is a rerun of Minder).

Ep1 Season 7, Wheeler dealers car still in the club...
Not as cool as a movie car and most of what they did was a waste of time - I've had to do it again properly, (when I say I, I mean someone else with actual ability) ...apart from Ed's welding, that's doing fine.
Nice to see these wonderful cars on screen though.
It was good to finally get out this week - amazing how many 'essentials' you can fit in the boot

I can't remember what else they did on WD - power steering replacement and brake master cylinder wasn't it?
