I've notified the JOC IT section about the message you may be getting on login - just to save multiple people reporting it.
They are working on the fix. (It's not saying the site is actually unsafe, only that it cannot prove it is safe).

I had a different message when I first tried to log in this morning, one that said a connection couldn't be established because the clock on my computer was one hour ahead and I wouldn't be able to connect unless the clock on the JOC site and the clock on my computer were synchronised. The clock on my computer is correct. I got this message a couple of times so did something else for a while and just now I was able to log in as usual.
