Following the responses that I have received to previously posted Requests for information that will allow me to allocate chassis numbers to registration numbers, I have decided to add some additional registration numbers that I have been unable to allocate to a chassis number

If any members are able to reply, I will provide any information that I hold on that car either now or in the future

If any members would like to provide me with their registration number and chassis number, I will share any information I hold on that car

I note that you have owned the car since 2010
The car was originally Silver Grey with a Red interior
I note that it is now Black with a Black vinyl roof and dark red interior
Silver coach lines and 17" wheels
Previously sold by Cropedy bridge Garage

No other information at present but if I find out anything else I will message you again

Hi Jim,

A little off topic but I am trying to find out as much as I can about my dad's SP (profile pic) that (with help from the club's Twitter account) we think was plated JWO 32L, silver grey with black interior, vaxon 8-track & driver's door mirror. He purchased it new from a garage in Cwmbran, near Cardiff and it was traded in at the Howells garage on Cowbridge Road in Cardiff in 1975 I think. Club records suggest it last insured in 2003. If you have any other info, I would be hugely grateful.

JWO 32 L was a 1973 Series 111 J SP model
Ex factory on 27.04.73
Silver Grey with a Black vinyl roof and black interior
Fitted with Voxson radio/cartridge player, vinyl roof, driver's door mirror, Sundym glass, air conditioning and town and country horns
My understanding is that this car was last registered in 2003

That's all I have at present but if I find anything else, I will message you again

I will check our records for you- I wont bother to re quote the chassis book.
The trouble is, unless some one joined the club & filled out the forms relating to car/s owned etc, its a difficult trace otherwise.
Even then, a member could elect to not disclose car info- and respect that we must.
My father didn't- HCX531L,SBF 34L, 435 CAA, XBM399K
I didn't GYP273N et all, they are all detailed within the records.

Us registra's, esp the old boys, do keep an eye out on anything that moves, even back when it was Exchange & Mart!

I realise that I have embarked, like no doubt many have done before, on what may ultimately prove to be a fruitless treasure hunt but, for me, every slither of information (such as the date she left the factory and the fact that the driver's mirror was an extra) is a golden nugget picked up along the way.

I have searches saved on Car Gurus and Auto Trader and check the Motors.co.uk app every so often as well as Google searches that bring up ones going to auction every so often but I had forgotten about E&M, another blast from the past. Will carry on with Twitter too as someone out there might recognise the plate or details. Here's hoping.

Hi information on my car M111 J series GSF 595N reg date 01/10/74 ,chassis 1049 eng,4c13292 colour moss green last time on the road 1987 .

Your car was originally Moss Gren with a Black Vinyl Roof and Beige interior
Fitted with a Voxson Radio/Cartridge player, internal adjustable door mirror and Gold coach lines
No other information at present but I will email you again if I find any more information

As a note my car was off the road from 1980 until 2016, following a total restoration

Do you have 2 membership numbers as I note 9862 in 2012 and 10477 in 2016

I also note that there have been some other Jensen owners from East Kilbride

Are you the same Mark from Bedford joining in 2014 Mem No 10143?
Not far from me in Watton at Stone Herts
I am assuming that you have owned your car since circa 2014
I also note that yellow and a black interior was how it left the factory but it was not allocated a registration number according to Richard Calver Data book
I have no other recorded information at the moment but I still have a large volume of historical information to add to my spreadsheet
